Biography

In 2004 this unique practice was established by Kate Charlton, a practising solicitor.  Kate worked for over 10 years in several senior HR roles for Marks and Spencer plc. In 1995 she qualified as a solicitor and specialised in corporate and employment law. Prior to setting up EHR, she worked ‘in house’ providing employment law advice to the HR department of a top 5 UK law firm.

Kate is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA).
